The Stampd Los Angeles Select Shop prides itself on the accuracy and turn around time of our products. All sales are final, however exchanges will be honored up to 7 days from when the product was received. Upon return, store credit will be issued, of which shipping costs are not applicable, and no refunds are accepted. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mis-listed, Cornerman Productions LLC reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Cornerman Productions LLC. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Cornerman Productions LLC. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $12 for all orders in the continental U.S. International Orders are shipped via UPS and are a flat rate of $60.
I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 1 hour please contact us to make sure your order went through.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. International orders take 3-6 days to arrive.
When are particular items released?
Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the Stampd newsletter. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.
Do you guys re-stock your inventory?
On occasion we will re-stock some of our items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

Can you send me a sticker or button?
Each online purchase comes with stickers and buttons. If you have not placed an order but would like some stickers and buttons, please send $7.00 cash and a self addressed stamped envelope to the address below.

My shipping address is different from my billing address, why is my transaction declined?
If the customer's billing address is not the same as the requested shipping address, the order will be cancelled without exception. *We are not responsible for envelopes lost to/from our office.
