Tom Hirota, a friend of mine invited me to come check out his new store opening on Melrose mid December (corner of Spaulding and Melrose). The name of the brand and store being Joy Rich, is going to be and instant hit. Carrying an eclectic mix of Japanese, European, and American brands Joy Rich will definitely catch the attention of the industry. The 1980's Las Vegas style neon sign coupled with the stores core modern design is gonna set a new standard on Melrose.. I'm going to be designing the front window display so come December be on the look...
